The buyer agrees to purchase a puppy with the "nick-name" ________ for the total amount of $ __________ (does not include shipping) and agrees to complete this form and submit it to the seller. The seller agrees to furnish the buyer with the necessary health information, including all shot and worming records. The purebred CKC and/or the IOEBA registration application paperwork will be mailed to the buyer when the seller receives them from the Registry. The buyer understands that this puppy will be eligible for permanent purebred registration with the CKC and/or the IOEBA.
Deposits / Payments
1.Puppies are reserved and held with a non-refundable deposit. Deposits are $300.00 (non -refundable ) . Deposits can be paid with Pay Pal, money orders or cash. Once Kingdom Bulldogs receives the deposit the puppy will be marked and considered sold. Due to the prevalence of check fraud the balance on your puppy is due by the time the puppy is eight weeks old, unless aranged something with Kingdom Bulldogs.

2.Choice of puppy is determined on a first come (deposit received) first to choose basis. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHOOSE THE PUPPY YOU WANT UNTIL 6 (six) WEEKS OF AGE.
3.Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, except in cases of premature death, prior to the delivery of your puppy to you. (If you change your mind and do not want or cannot take your puppy, you forfeit your deposit and any payments made).

4.Buyer must pick up puppy by the time it is eight weeks old, unless you have aranged something with Kingdom Bulldogs. In case Kingdom Bulldogs has to hold your puppy after eight weeks of age, the buyer is fully responsible for any expence, such as: Vet exams, vaccinations, medications if neded, etc.. (All expenses will need to be payed before puppy is picked up) The buyer must pick up the puppy by 12 weeks of age. Two weeks or more with no attempts to make pick up arrangements or attempts to make plans with Kingdom Bulldogs, the buyer then forfeits the puppy and any deposits or payments made on puppy, unless other arrangements are made with Kingdom Bulldogs.

Your Kingdom Bulldog Puppy Guaranteed:
To be in good physical condition for the first 48 hours after the time of delivery to the buyer. The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a Licensed Veterinarian within 48 hours after delivery time for a complete physical examination. Puppy will be current on wormings and shots and will have received vaccinations and wormings depending on age.

The Buyer Agrees to the Following:
1.To use the kennel name “ Kingdom Bulldogs “ as the prefix in the registered name of the dog. And the buyer also agrees to stay in touch with Kingdom Bulldogs with any information about the dog/puppy and send updated pictures of the dog/puppy to Kingdom Bulldogs, and allows Kingdom Bulldogs to use any pictures and information about the dog/puppy.

2.Maintain up to date vaccines, wormings, and to keep the dog / pup in humane conditions, providing proper food, water and shelter.
The Buyer and Seller agree that this is the full and complete agreement that exists between the parties for the sale of this dog / puppy. Any agreements made prior to this are considered incorporated herein and any modifications made to this agreement shall be made in writing or such shall not be effective.
By submitting this agreement, you agree to all of the above.

3. The buyer must return the dog/puppy if it is being miss treated or if the buyer can no longer afford for the dog/puppy.

4. If the buyer decides they want breeding rights they agree not to breed the dog/puppy weather a male or female until they are atleast 15 months of age , or second heat for females. And if the buyer decides they do not want breeding rights they agree to have the dog/puppy spayed or nuetered by the time they reach one year of age and they will send a copy of the spay/nuetered report from the Veterairian to Kingdom Bulldogs.

5. Kingdom Bulldogs loves seeing how their puppies are growing and love seeing pictures. So the buyer agrees to send updated pictures of the dog/puppy to Kingdom Bulldogs with no more than 4 months apart.
